Finance Application Security Form

From the Okta dashboard, click on the ZenDesk tile: 

Click the Submit Request link in upper right hand corner in Zendesk Guide

Choose Finance Apps Security Form and fill out the remaining fields.

Note: Access to secured folders in the File Cabinet (e.g., Vendor and Vendor Bill) takes up to 24 hours to become active after security provisioning.
