Upsuite Data Download Bot

Summary:

This bot will login to Amazon to fetch Upsuite Data. The bot will search for the file that contains "YYYY-MM" as there should be only one file each month. This file is downloaded, and a copy is saved as a CSV. Both the .xlsx and .csv will be uploaded to Azure Storage location "upsuite" for ingestion to the EDW.

Runbook:

The runbook should provide information to support the bot in the case that any issue occurs.

If Bot Fails: Should Receive an email saying that bot failed. In this case, go to the production orchestrator and download the recording which will show the screenshots as the bot failed. Use these screenshots to perform a root cause analysis. A screenshot may also be provided at the time of the error, depending on what error occurred.

Password Incorrect/Expiration: If the password is incorrect, password will need to be reset by following the below :

Failed to Login:

The first time the bot tries to attempt a login to Amazon on a unique Virtual Machine, a prompt will appear on login page asking "IAM User" or "Root User". This will cause the bot to fail. To correct the problem, manually connect to the machine and select "IAM User". Next time the bot attempts to login it should have the correct login page appear.
