Summary: This automation was built to assist with uploading property information into Avant. Previously, users would upload data directly to Avant, which could throttle the speed of the platform and cause timeouts. As a stop-gap, a bot was developed to upload the files to Avant after business hours, by downloading them from Box, and uploading to Avant. Once the file uploaded to Avant, it will move the file to the "Completed" folder in Box, along with the "Summary Report" of the upload.
How to Execute Bot: Drop the files to be uploaded into Avant at this Box Folder.
The bot will then download these files, upload to Avant. Upon completion, the bot will move the file along with the Summary Report to this Box Folder.

Business Continuity Plan: If Process fails, email to be sent to distribution list informing them that the process failed. A ticket should be created in DevOps for the bot issue to be investigated, fixed, tested, and redeployed according to change management practices. In this event, team should manually upload the files to Avant.
Expected Volume: This bot is executed by the end-user whenever required.

Avant Credentials
OKTA Credentials

KPI's:
Runbook:
The runbook should provide information to support the bot in the case that any issue occurs.
If Bot Fails: An email will be sent saying the bot failed and what period failed to run. There are also messages being logged to the Orchestrator Tenant at the start and end of each major sequence to make it easy to see where the bot is failing.
