This bot will login to Concur, and check whether the file EMPLOYEE_p0077667amkl” exists in the table found at URL: “https://implementation.concursolutions.com/expense/admin/jobManagement.asp” – Imports tab, then proceed to check each filename in the previous run if it exists in input files list:
If file is not found – throw BRE.
If number of lines is not the same, make consolidated output file containing line from input file with headers + error line below. Add new sheet to consolidated output file with input data.

KPI's:
If Bot Fails: Should Receive an email saying that bot failed. In this case, go to the production orchestrator and download the recording which will show the screenshots as the bot failed. Use these screenshots to perform a root cause analysis. A screenshot may also be provided at the time of the error, depending on what error occurred.
Password Incorrect/Expiration: If the password is incorrect, password will need to be reset by following the below:
If Concur Password is incorrect, log a ZenDesk Ticket with Finn-Finance Apps Security Form.
Restarting Bot: no special considerations.
